CNN Meteorologist Rob Maricano describes a rare Japanese tornado that occurred yesterday near the the town of Tsukuba, in Japan. The town is located roughly 40 miles northeast of Tokyo. The twister killed a 14 year old boy, and was thought to have winds up to 150mph.
